Our 0.85mm vehicle-grade magnet holds firm at normal road speeds on flat steel panels. Take it off before a car wash.
Magnets only stick to flat steel panels. They won’t work on aluminium, fibreglass or plastic, or over deep curves and body lines. Measure the flat area of the door first.
No, as long as you take it off once a week, wipe the panel and the magnet dry, and put it back.
